What personal data we process and why

Website contact form: when you contact us via this website we collect your name, email address, phone number and information concerning your enquiry. The lawful basis for the processing of this data is contract, since you have asked us to respond to your enquiry about our services.

Chatbot: when you engage with us via the VisyooBot we may collect your name and email address in order to direct you to an operator or get back to you at a later time. We may also collect additional personal data concerning your enquiry and/or contained in documents you chose to send us via the chatbot service. The lawful basis for the processing of this data is contract, since you have asked us to respond to your enquiry about our services.

Mailing list: if you elect to join our mailing list we process the personal data needed to send you emails about our services on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in the emails you receive or sending an email to info@visyoo.com.

Cookies: we use essential and non-essential cookies on our website to enable it to function, protect the website and analyse traffic, which may include personal data. When you first visit our website, you are provided with a choice to accept or reject the use of non-essential cookies through our cookie management platform. We only deploy non-essential cookies on the basis of your consent. The essential cookies are deployed on the basis of our legitimate interests in maintaining a functional and secure website. Data collected for the purposes of contracting with you will be retained in accordance with the contractual provisions, or, if we do not subsequently enter into a contract, deleted after two years.
